1. Where do your products ship from?

4. Why did I receive only part of my order?

We ship from multiple suppliers, so items in your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. Don’t worry — all your items are on their way!

5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

6. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

We sincerely apologize! If something’s not right with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item, and we’ll make it right — either through a replacement or refund.

We process orders quickly, so cancellations must be made within 6 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in fulfillment and can’t be canceled.
